WARNING....!! This is a company u would work for at a last resort. Great food.!! Poor facilities. Very strange culture..! Inner circle that's allowed to bend procedures that's led by the superintendant at Windarling AMG.! Be very careful..!!! Won't be long before we unfortunately hear about a fatality or serious injury on site..!!!

Company puts supervisors in charge that have no idea of what they are doing it's a great place for bootlickers but if your a hard worker who likes a professional place to work without the politics then you will never get ahead and be made a outsider just for wanting to go to work go home without playing the little games they all seam to play.Food is good best I have had in 16 years doing FIFO rooms good equipment

Was sounded out by this company several months ago for a Village Manager role. Did the interview, got offered a role and kept being asked when I could start. I explained I'll give my notice at my current job when i receive a contract. Completed the medical, passed that then heard nothing. Chased them up 2 weeks later to be told the job wa s no longer available due to internal.shuffling. Lucky I never resigned.

Joined in early 2021 and loving the experience so far. There's an exciting buzz about the place as we're growing and about to move to Google style offices in Osborne Park. Resort style sites are on the horizon. This company is definitely different to any I've worked at before - once a decision is made, they get things done as a team, in record time. You're empowered to put forward ideas, work hard and make a difference but the rewards are there. The quality of people and the genuine care for family, community and environment is what makes MRL stand out.

Terrible mining company.Supervisors get promoted when they are power hungry little men. Incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. Treat workers with so much disrespect.1000% would not recommend.

Dodgy company who protect their own inner circle even when their supervisors don’t have a clue about what they’re doing and blatantly ignore safety procedures. Bad work environment and prepare to get fired if you dare speak up about any of your concerns.

I have been working in the mining,oil and gas,construction industry from 2008.MRL is the best company I have come across.Great team,shared work load, family friendly rosters,flexible work culture,a company that pays well above the market rate coupled with bonuses,share options.Aspiring team with clear plan of action.Dream company for any employee.The new Osborne park office is something I still can't believe after seeing,too good to be true with cafe,gym,multi cuisine dine in restaurent on Level 12,barrista Cafe on Level 6,intelligent car park,touchless operation of lifts,toilets,architecture and interior decoration mind boggling.Medical centre on the ground floor,family room etc.Thanks MRL for giving me an opportunity to work for you guys!

Recently visited the new MRI HQ in Osbourne Park and the facilities are very impressive and the FOH staff were welcoming and engaging.

This is the WORST company I ever worked for. The oppressive management culture makes it impossible to work there. In my opinion my supervisor was blatantly incompetent but well protected. Safety is only when it suits them and if you point something out then you become a target.
