I pulled into the station and filled up $40 worth of fuel. I glanced at my wallet and went to pull out a $50 note that I had received for my birthday. But I only had $35, and my card was empty. I told the lady at the counter that I was $5 short of paying and I didn't know what to do. I was upright and honest. To my surprise, a lady to my right handed me a $20 note from her wallet and said, Here you go. Just do something nice for someone

Buzzed 4 ties and still no service. When I did get the attendants attention, I ordered my coffee. The attendant decided to go back into the kitchen to finish what she was doing before making my coffee. We all have work to go to. Very poor service.To top it all off no smile no thank you.

Fuel prices are the highest in the area.. waited for 5 minutes for staff activate the pump and they just stared at me so i drove off, absolutely useless

Went today got my fuel and a free coffee as I buy a lot and have a loyalty card fills up quick. So I ordered my usual a LARGE skinny dirty chai notice the large the guy gave me a small how pathetic would have cost him maybe 2-3 cents more in milk so won't be filling up at that servo anymore.

Great location for a petrol station given the strategic location for main road going south to Logan Village. Has been here for many years and has always been a reliable place to stop. Has convenience store and ATM. Also has air hose and ice. Easy to get in and out for people from around here. Recently was remodelled and it looks a lot more modern now.

Said they were available to take orders. Placed my order and about 15 minutes later couldn't do it. Never again.

Looks great with new renovations. Went in for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised. Would never think to get a good quality coffee from a servo. Hopefully not a once off will try again at next fill up

Lady in the shop had an attitude tonight. No help at all and was rude to me from the start. It was my first time redeeming points for fuel. Did the online redemption before heading here. Asked the lady about it, She says she can't tell me how to spend my points and stares me down. No help at all. Could not help me try to troubleshoot how to spend the velocity points for fuel. Spent 10 minutes going through the website again to find the info I needed. Never going here again. Dissatisfied Customer. Customer service and personnel relations was non existent tonight with her. Was a grumpy woman.

battery died and I asked for them to help move the car as they were complaining I couldn't be there, fair enough, I asked if she could assist me move it as it's not a cheap car and I am not a big bloke and the car is immobilised. Lady said I'm not helping you and continued complaining that the cars not allowed there not solving the issue at all, I managed to get my other car there (in 15 minuets) to jump start it they said I couldn't and made me push it a further 3 meters I'm all of 50kg pushing it on my own further blocking the entry (nothing I could do) car is a keyless car and the steering was locked had to pull apart the centre console to get it in neutral. As it started raining they said over the speaker to hurry up before I get wet, Not impressed. Horrible customer service and I won't be going back there now! The whole situation could have been handled a lot better! Something that isn't a big issue at all like a flat battery shouldn't have been made so stressful!

I went into the store twice in a week and both times was served by the same man. First time i bought a water in the store and was refused cash out upon purchase of my item, second time i went in two days later and was refused to change the $50 bill i had, and was told i had to purchase something so when i bought chewing gum which cost $1.50 i received 2 × $10 notes 5 × $5 notes and coins will never go back to this store so rude and seems like the workers there are out to get you
