Karl and team looked after my partner while she was heavily pregnant. They assessed the car and made sure it was fully fixed before she gave birth. The car was returned completely fixed and with high quality workmanship and earlier than expected. Karl even identified a issue that wasn't within the initial claim and ordered a new part and arranged to be fitted after the fact. We'd recommend Impact Panel and Paint to everyone

My car was fixed but it was the extras.. it was clean! inside and out.. and parked so I could drive it out easily.. it's the extras that I appreciate..

Couldn't Say more about how I'm impressed about their service. If google ever had a 10 star I would give them a 10 star.I am a local small business owner and always want to support local businesses. I had a small issue with the reverse radar chip and went to Karl, he quoted with a very reasonable price and got the job done very quickly also with complimentary drop off/pick up service. The staffs are very friendly and professional.Would absolutely recommend anyone if they need help for car body jobs.Much appreciated.

A few months ago I had the unfortunate experience of being rear-ended for the first time. It was only a slight bump thankfully, but I was devastated as my car is my baby. I took her in to Impact because I remembered from years ago that the owner also had an S15, so I hoped she'd be well taken care of.I was not disappointed, Karl did the inspection and also did some extra checks and found that I'd also need replacement tail lights as they'd been cracked from the impact to the boot and rear bumper. Attention to detail was flawless, the paint correction was super and I'm beyond stoked that she looks perfect once again.Cheers guys, you're the best, appreciate the time taken on her, and even a wee little touch up was done elsewhere with the remaining paint. Can't recommend highly enough!

I would really like to thank Impact Panel and Paint. Got to meet the owner when I phoned and made an appointment. My left rear car door was not opening. They looked at the car on very short notice and spend nearly and hour trying to help me. No cost was charged and I cannot thank the professionalism and kindness enough. Will definitely recommend Impact Panel and Paint for professional service and willingness to help
