Dan of Salmon Plumbing came to our place for an emergency call out to unblock our sewer and then followed up with a repair to the broken pipe. Very professional and friendly service, careful consideration as to the best approach for the repair, area left very clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Salmon Plumbing. I have had interactions with Salmon Plumbing across many years (previously through a body corp for a block of units) and they have maintained a high level of professionalism and quality service across this time.

I have now used Salmon plumbing twice. I have an Apricus Solar hot water system and in October last year they were one of the only licenced solar plumbers that would carry out a warranty repair job. This week I had a valve leak from the tank and thinking it was included in the work carried out last year I rang them again. I admit I wasn't happy at the time thinking it hasn't even been 6 months since they repaired my system. They from the onset were more than empathetic as to my situation. They were able to send out the same plumber, the next day to take a look at what had happened. Salmon Plumbing should understand that Dan would have to be one of the best professional plumbers I have ever used as such an asset to the company. He was able to explain and prove to me that this wasn't included in the last job even though it was listed on the invoice. He was able to replace the valve without going to get parts as well as replace another valve that probably would go the same way. Also explaining why, they were faulty and completed the job in minimal time and at a reduced cost. Good plumbers are like good mechanics hard to find one but now I have found one I can trust. From now on I will be only using Salmon Plumbing and hopefully Dan due to his work ethic, professionalism and knowledge of solar systems.
