My friend was changed twice in this shop! and the owner denied everything by saying that the security camera was broken,which sounds extremely ridiculous!Shanghai man wow! I am from Shanghai too but feel ashamed on such stupid behavior !Why not check the security camera directly and let the argument be finished in a smart way?It is completely not the matter of this small money! We cannot accept such kind of treatment, feeling badly.what we can do now is to let other people be very very careful when they have no other choice but to do the laundry in this shop. Take video as a proof just in case or double check if the boss write “paid” on your receipt, especially when you pay in cash in advance. Opps! Otherwise this boss may ask you to pay again when you wanna to fetch the clothes.It is not a story, exactly what we experienced in last week.

Visited Brown Gouge for an express laundry cleaning and they are very friendly and efficient! My laundry took about ~30 hours and it all smelled so wonderfully and was perfectly pressed.

I asked this shop to do laundry for me several times. I am very satisfied with the quality of their laundry and ironing. The staff are friendly and the service is very good. I am even more surprised that their management is also improving.

Brown Gouge have ironed our shirts every week for at least 2-3 years now. We made a point of supporting them during Covid, and when his staff walked out on him due to mistreatment.Today he stained one of the shirts with blue dye, and refused that he had done it.He has no insurance and cannot cover damages.Do not use this service, go to the other end near Woolies, they have insurance and are taking responsibility.The owner is a horrible person, and will do anything to weasel out of his errors.

Really pleased with their service. Wool country rd coat dry cleaned beautifully and very well priced. I also took in 2 new pair of jeans to be hemmed- cheapest price around. They weren’t ready when I came to pick up 2 days later, and sensing my annoyance, they promised to deliver to my house 2 days later, which the owner did at no charge. Hems are very professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this business and will definitely use them, despite not living locally.

Thank you to the friendly, professional and enthusiastic staff at Brown Gouge The Glen Dry Cleaners for taking up the challenge of restoring my very grubby, somewhat discoloured, dusky jacket to wearable standard when other businesses just weren’t interested in helping. I am thrilled with the result and unreservedly recommend their services to everybody who treasures their clothes.They also did a great job with my 15 year old winter coat. Thanks again

the most amazing dry cleaners ever, they got a huge ink stain (exploded pen) out of my expensive bag, it honestly looks cleaner than when i bought it. all further dry cleaning will be done here from here on out!
