Very switched on management. I left a message and had my call returned then lost signal before completing booking. Rang back later and all was good all booked in. Very warm welcome on our arrival. Heating had been turned on in the room. Pet friendly room which meant our girl didn't have to spend the night alone in the car. Comfortable bed, hot shower, big TV, 2 Door fridge good for our ice blocks and esky contents. Microwave, tea and coffee making, plates cups and cutlery all provided. Good value for money.

Very surprised at this little gem,great friendly helpful greeting on arrival,modern,comfy,clean rooms.Well equipped with microwave,toaster, jug,some eating utensils.Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised.We had minimal expectation of a small motel on the highway and we were really pleasantly surprised. Comfy bed, great shower, could not hear the highway overnight, the room was a comfortable size with the queen bed, side tables and chairs. The room was very clean, smelled OK also.Prices were very reasonable.

My husband and I decided to not come back again due to our experience this time. Service was almost non existent. No one was in the office until 3-7pm. When we left to go into town for the day, we put our sign on the outside of our door requesting our room to be serviced and cleaned. At 2pm when we returned, our sign had been returned to the inside door, but garbages were unchanged, bed was unmade, and the dirty towels were still piled up on the bathroom floor. My husband tidied the place and took the garbage out. When he went to the office after it was finally open, the in-charge person's young son not more than 8-9 years old was sent to get our towels, etc while the mother stood outside on the phone shouting loudly in a foreign language. We checked in online so had no interaction with the office when we arrived. But my sister in law checked in on arrival and said the very underaged boy was doing the office work of checking customers in and said he was sweet, but it was a bit of a mishapped process and was not happy with it. No one should be using underaged children to work in an establishment to maintain customer service. My experience this time has been very different compared to the last several times we have visited, and we will be visiting another establishment next time we are in the area. Very disappointing.

Friendly, clean, comfortable and convenient. Choice between slightly older (but perfectly fine) pet friendly rooms and recently refreshed and updated for a little bit more cost. Very friendly staff and efficient booking process through the website.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was dated but very clean and comfy. The young man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Best of all my miniature pinscher was welcome too. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful new owners. Previous owners were awesome. Great country motel.
