In 2018 Brian Eiffe Builders completely rebuilt our bedroom and ensuite to allow disabled access, and built self contained granny flat with disabled access underneath. Brian Eiffe was highly organized and gave a very detailed quote in a very timely manner. Although his initial quote was not the cheapest, he kept to his very detailed budget and charged a very fair price for any variations we requested.Throughout the whole process from quoting to completion of works, Brian was very trustworthy, considerate and friendly. We enjoyed working with him as he was an excellent communicator. He was always anticipating things to minimize any delays. He kept us up to date with progress and incorporated our wishes along the way.His building team were professional, cheerful and respectful and went out of their way to make our lives easier. The standard of their craftsmanship was excellent.This was our fourth renovation over 25 years and we would rate it the best one in terms of both the process and the end result.
