DTF Print Hub

I bought 2 of the A4 UV DTF sheets, and I have to tell you, they were the worst quality print and product I've ever received. Absolutely ghastly. How anyone could think that the quality that was received is okay is far beyond me. The laminate over the top was that creased, it ruined a good 90% of the stickers. It took about 3 weeks longer than originally stated, and the quality of the prints themselves, aside the defects, was absolutely horrendous. The white was streaky and almost see-through and the black has lines and is very poor quality. I'm glad it was only 20 bucks, because I certainly won't be using the stickers received.Terrible, absolutely avoid.

I have been using Maree for the last year with my DTF prints. I originally found her on etsy.I have found since her business has increased, quality has gone down.Most notably, November and the A3 UV DTF sticker sheets. I placed my order for the UV DTF range but she accidentally only had A4, not A3. Instead of waiting for further clarification from myself on what I needed printed and how many prints I need (not sure why the design board didn't show her what I needed) she jumped the gun and sent my order to me. I was missing 48 designs, I had someone else's order with mine, and the UV sticker sheet had bubbles in it so they didn't transfer properly. I ended up discarding in the bin and cutting my losses - after all it is a tax offset.Prior to this I had ordered metres of custom and business DTF prints. When I received them they had smudges, paint missing, hair and scratches embedded in the paint. I was also missing a customer's print! She tried to tell me this happened in transit, then tried to tell me it was my heat press.. As for the print she reckons it never came through. Paint smudges and dog hair don't happen in transit or under the heat pressed.Trying to get a replacement out was like pulling hens teeth. Communication is very bad and responses can take days.My most recent order I paid for the colour chart and a big business order. Don't waste your money. The printed colour chart is very blurry (not 300dpi) and the colour swatches are so small you can't get a good view of how they will print. The business logos were very subpar, looking all grainy like it was a low quality image, which it was not.I ended up trying a new printer and the difference is shocking. This new printer - their colours are more vibrant, images are clearer and sharper, no paint chips or hair in the paint and communication is the best!Im sorry Maree, I gave you so many chances and constructive feedback to improve your services but it's just not worth it for my business.
