One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Dropped my MacBook Air off for a battery replacement.My laptop has been in and out of this shop 5 times in 2 months and the battery is still not working. Issue still hasn't been resolved and has been referred to fair trading

Got fixed my MacBook and also the data was recovered took sometime but quality service

Worst service ever!Messed me around for 2 weeks to still not even have the item looked at.Went in after a week, only to be told it was off site??? -it was a 140 mm fan.Wont be returning.

It has taken 5 weeks to have a screen replaced and an overheating problem fixed. They informed me it was ready so I went in and found it actually was not, in total I have been in at least 5 times (don't believe their advertised opening hours). They tried to palm me off with 2 unsuitable screens (1 actually had bubbles and the other 2 dark marks) When I showed my exasperation at their incompetence to provide a screen without problems they tried to tell me they had quoted me for a re-conditioned screen and that it would not be perfect. I expressed this was no true and they had to disclose to their customers if they were using re-conditioned parts. They misplaced my power adapter and tried to give me a different one. The cover of my screen has also been changed, without consulting or explaining to me - I can tell as there was an old sticker on it and more scratches and dents than my one. I finally have my laptop back with gluely finger marks all around the edges that neither them or myself can remove. The screen definitely does not have the sharpness it used to. They have also not glued down what they refer to as a 'cosmetic' piece of black tape covering some screws. Totally incompetent service, they did not seem to mind the inconvenience they have caused me over the last 5 weeks at all. I am absolutely appalled.

These guys are pretty handy at fixing my laptop issues. Repaired screen on chromebook and keyboard on Lenova Yoga. Saved me $100's
