Prince Dining Room
This is fine dining at it’s pinnacle. Every staff member was paying attention to detail and the service was impeccable, warm and friendly. We reserved to experience the relaunch of the Prince Dining Room and it was amazing.From the sommelier who, without a hint of pretentiousness, offered us wine tasting until we found the one we liked, to the delicious, quality food and desserts, this was a true fine dining experience.Kudos to the team, chef and management. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth every dollar. I’ll be back to try out more of the menu.I can highly recommend the Prince Dining Room if you want a quality dining experience with fresh ingredients and great service.

Prince Dining Room
Lovely inventive dishes that were very well balanced and an absolute pleasure to eat. The menu all reads wonderfully - it was hard to choose just a few to try. Highly recommend the Seam Bream Tartare and Southern Calamari. Atmosphere is lovely with sophisticated interiors and great mix of wines by the glass. Service was excellent - very friendly and professional.

Prince Dining Room
Celebrated dads birthday here tonight, 12 years after dining here when it was called Circa the Prince. Our family had a wonderful time and staff were very accommodating. Stand outs were the potato bites with fish ontop, beef tartar, steak, pumpkin bread, burrata and tart.

Great venue, staff were very welcoming and attentive. Great wine selection. We ordered the share course at $95 per head.I was quite hungry and overall found the share portions a bit small and left me wanting moreEverything, from entrees to dessert, was shared between 2 people and was more of a very light meal.Overall dining experience and venue very good.Would like to return, but just order individual items from the menu.

Yup, just an absolutely amazing pub all round with everything to offer! Plenty of wines and beers to choose from, cocktails are great, food is delicious and the decor is just spot on. Find a seat, settle in and stay there until close!

We had a lovely dinner here last night. The staff were ALL very kind and made our experience great. I had the fish, and my partner had the pasta. It was the best fish I have had in a long time, I would come back just to have it again. The pumpkin bread was delicious too!

The environment is good, and the service here is very patient and well served. However the price for the dishes is a little high, so maybe this only suits formal gathering

Wow! Could not fault our experience here! Had a fantastic mother's day lunch with the special set menu - the food kept getting better and better with every new course.Service staff were excellent and very attentive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a special occasion.
