Amazing serviceAmazing workmanship and expertise10/10I recently moved to Coffs Harbour from Sydney. My Audi TT seemed to be having engine troubles so I called the NRMA. Being new to the area I asked the NRMA mechanic whom he would recommend, without hesitation he said Award European. The tow truck driver arrived, and I asked him the same question, again without hesitation and after a glowing review he said Award European. Soon after I met Adrian and his team it became quickly evident that he was passionate about his work and prided himself on his workmanship. The car was prompt reviewed, the problem diagnosed and fixed whilst I waited. He even took it for a test drive and made sure everything was functioning well. I can’t thank Adrian and his team enough for their prompt service and expertise.Highly recommended, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Adrian and Eloise have maintained and provided safety checks (pink slip) for our Skoda and Tesla for several years. They're always proactive, upfront on costs and schedule and go the extra mile with service. Adrian offered frank advice on our Skoda after hail damage and helped us to decide which of the insurance options to take. Consistently 5 star service!

Top service in the Coffs area for European cars. They have looked after my Transporter for the last two years and are always super transparent with their pricing and the level of service is the best I’ve experienced in Coffs Harbour. Small Family run business at its finest.

Adrian and the team were extremely honest professional and fair and above all were able to diagnose my problem and fix it at a very reasonable cost and timeline. I would highly recommend this business to anyone living in the Coffs Harbour region or passing through on your trip. Oil light was flashing on my way to Sydney from Queensland. These guys were great to have a look at it without notice. They explained what the problem was likely to be, and drained a bit of the oil out of the overfilled tank. Adrian and Jim seemed like very trustworthy guys, and were kind enough not to even charge me for their time. I would definitely recommend Award European to anybody in Coffs Harbour.

5 star service. I was broken down on my way to Sydney and these guys made time to diagnose and rectify my coolant leak issue and get me back on the road.They were upfront about pricing structure and it was very reasonable and fair. I did call around other shops to see if I could get emergency repairs but they all highly recommended Award European.I’d definitely go back.
