Gavin is the nicest guy ever! I had an urgent mite problem. He gave me great professional advice over the phone to clean up until he could come. He came 5 hours after our phone call to inspect the issue and came the next morning to do the extermination. He did a great job, it is a week later and not a sign of any mite or any bug! Gavin and his technician were so nice and genuine. Would recommend to anyone!!
