I had lip filler injections by laura a few weeks ago and she was amazing. It was my first time getting any sort of cosmetic injections and she explained everything so well and gave her honest opinion on the different products and what would work for me personally. I get quite nervous when it comes to needles but Laura was extremely good and offered breaks, stress balls, etc. The results appear very natural yet enhanced, which is exactly what i asked for. Couldn’t be happier, thank you Laura

Had such an awful experience with a microdermabrasion/peel facial here. The therapist didn't ask a single question about why I was there or my skin issues, I left not even knowing her name, with red, swollen eyes from having product rubbed into them and painful lumps where my skin was ineptly squeezed for 'extractions'. At one point I was asked 'Are you ready?' and I had to ask why and what for (apparently before the microdermabrasion). So unprofessional and uncaring, in addition while I was there I was listening to the receptionists talk about other staff members and their employment statuses. Will never go back.

I met Nurse Laura yesterday for the first time to enquire about and receive lip fillers.Laura is incredibly friendly; she eases any nerves you might have with some chit-chat and lots of thorough information about your options for the procedure and products before starting.Laura was very good at communication throughout the procedure - I always knew what was happening before it did. She was incredibly professional and did everything to maximize my comfort.Even with swollen and bruised lips, they look amazing, and I can't wait to see how they look once they have healed. Laura spent time ensuring that my lips were even, figuring out where to put additional filler, where to add shape and contours.I would absolutely recommend SILK Laser Clinics in Hobart for a first-time experience.
