Very professional and efficient staff. I visited them on three occasions and found the staff friendly and helpful. I also took my driving test from this location which is less than 15 minute walk from the Werribee train station and hence convenient.

Absolutely horrible customer service skills and overall lack of formality. First time drivers are nervous and anxious enough, you don’t need to keep laughing and giggling with your coworker. Made me uncomfortable

Gordon from vicroad werribee is really nice and highly professional assessor. I was so nervous before my P test as it was my first attempt. But Gordon made me feel confident. Nusrat was my testing officer. She was very clear in her instructions which make me to easily understand. She was very friendly the reason i stay calm during test and able to pass my test. She ensures that i am not getting nervous thanks Nusrat (2530)

Passed my driving test today,my tester MUHAMMAD was very clear with her instructions which kept me confident throughout the test.Counter staff were amazing aswell.

Wouldn't reccomend taking you're driving test here the instructors are very abrupt and try and find faults in you're driving so they can fail you and get you to pay the $66 to rebook with them again a month later. Very hard to pass in this test centre as they will definately find a way to give a reason for an unsuccsessfull result.Vicroads should really look into this test centre and with werribe having such a large popularulation it is a bit surprising that this test centre isn't as booked as many others around the area suggesting that people that actually live in werribe are traveling further distances to have a fair an more reasonable driving test.

They conduct only driving test and license verification in this branch. So, you should have an prior appointment and no walk-ins.For other customer service you have to visit hopper crossing.Staff are polite and very helpful!

I took my first driving test here and failed. It was immediate termination error as I was speeding and didnt really notice it. Completely my fault so I am not giving them 1 star just for failing me. They were doing their jobs properly and professionally. Today, I tried my driving test again and was successful. My LTO Hong was very nice and checked on how I was feeling after the first part. She let me breathe for a while before heading off the second part-- which is a massive help specially when you're very nervous. Thanks Werribee team, keep up the good work!!
