This is a terrific little motel that is very well maintained and clean. There is a secure communal kitchen and laundry as there are no bar fridges in the rooms. The low tariffs reflect this. Just bring an esky". It's a great central location for this region."

Stayed at Tread Harcourt last weekend for a friend's engagement at a nearby winery. Easy checkin/checkout, very clean, comfortable beds and decent sized room. Would stay there again. Useful information about nearby bikerides has got me thinking about this. Only note - no fridges in room, which I was told about beforehand (communal kitchen provided).

Very friendly, welcoming owners. Appears to be relatively recently renovated and rooms are clean, spacious, good bathroom. The bike hanging hooks are a good idea.

Perfect little place to stay if you're heading out the Harcourt MTB Park. Rooms are simply and clean yet all that you really need if you're spending most of the day out riding. Paula and Andrew were great hosts and eager to talk bikes and gave us some great tips for tracks to ride. We'll definitely be back again soon!

A spotlessly clean place to stay whilst riding the Harcourt MTB park just 2 kilometers up the rd.Rooms are small but perfect for your needs.Did i say clean?, excellent.Great outdoor sitting area for relaxing and shared communal kitchen / laundry if you need it.Enza was a wonderful host, good communication and flexible as well.Rates where very reasonable.Great café / restaurant next door, BP servo up the rd does early morning coffees and food.Get a group together and stay here it will be worth your while

Amazing place among the gums trees and right next to Harcourt Mountain bike trails. Great hosts and great food at GT cafe. A real gem, we will definitely come stay again.

Stayed as part of a MTB cycling crew. Fantastic place to base yourself for a cycling trip. Met all the needs of the cycling crew and associated family. Cafe and restaurant (Goldfields Track Cafe) part of the facility with great food and coffee.Modern design rooms; well fitted, clean & tidy with comfy beds. Provided a great nights rest. Great little fire pit for a beer outside and share a yarn with others.Notable features for cyclists:Wall mounted bike racks in the rooms for you to store the bikes.Shared facilities includes recovery equipment; foam rollers, mats etc.Tread provides great advice on cycling.

Great little refurbished 60s style motel. It's popular with cyclists as it's close to the many tracks in the area and also offers budget rooms. Spick and span with a communal kitchen and laundry, but be aware the rooms don't have bar fridges. There is a fridge for guest use in the communal kitchen which is secured by a guest code entry system. We just bring an esky type cooler. The low rates certainly more than make up for this. We have visited many times as it's such a great base for the district.

Under the new management of Andrew and Paula, this place is going to become a great bike hub for the region. While they have taken over a run-down place, their vision and enthusiasm will make this spot a terrific (and surely keenly sought after) place to be for the avid mountain bike rider. We were a small group of four riders over the Easter 2014 period and have not one complaint. Thank you for the hospitality and very useful advise. I am sure we will be back. (Book early for the Saturday night restaurant meal; it's not to be missed)
