I was overjoyed with the result. Two other plumbers had failed to find the slow leak in my outside pipes but with the extra sensitive equipment Norm located it at a cost that was very reasonable.

I have used leaky Pete and the Leaktech team for years. I have found them to be very helpful and diligent in their efforts to locate any water leaks .Some leaks can be very difficult to locate,which I understand however pete and his crew are always positive have saved many of my customers a lot of money in locating burst pipes from a labour cost perspective and not to mention the dollar cost of wasting our most precious of resourses WATER.Thank you leaktech and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services .John FoxRiverside Plumbing

Leaky Pete was recommended by a friend - I am now looking for a new friend1. Found where it was leaking, but not the reason why it was leaking.2. Could not find the isolation valve, which is right next to the water meter. 3. Do not respond to emails4. Had to take out a bank loan to pay the bill5. Received the bill 1 day before it was due

Pierre Came once, charged, wrong diagnosis . Came 2nd time, charged again , still wrong diagnoses. $326 later, still have not found source of leak. In mean time metre still ticking over with everything turned off! Didn’t check for underground leaks. Received no receipt nor reports for plumber , despite requests . Don’t go near this company.

Called leake tech out as my water bills were extremely high. The bloke refused to look for the leake and stated it was definitely the air conditioning unit. Spent $$$ on getting the air conditioner looked at. Had to ask several times to get a copy of my receipt for the paid invoice. The water bills were still high. Got another company out who found the leake in 10 minutes and fixed it there and then. What a waste of time and money!!!

Worst experience. Norm came along, couldn’t find the leak, suggested it is the retic (which it was not) and still charged me. What a waste of time. Then Norm called me the following day and said he could come back with his bigger microphone ? Why didn’t you have this in your van the first time? Waste of time don’t bother with them!

Recently had burst water pipe in brick wall in kitchen.Telephoned Peter who arrived promptly located and isolated leak which required fixing by plumber.Great service, very professional and good value.Damage could have been a lot worse but for Peter's prompt attention.Chris

I had pete over for leak detection. When he came he insisted we have a valve changed before he could proceed and initially insisted he get paid through our plumber. ( our plumber stated it wasn't necessary but changed the valve as requested) out of curiosity we looked for the leak ourselves and found it. When we texted him not to come as we found the leak, he ended up coming anyway and wanted $100 cash for f all. Also if he had listened to our plumber to begin with, we wouldn't have had so much miscommunication as we were expecting a dude called norm who apparently knew the details of our leak. This guy walked into our house blind to the job and changed his way of payment from dealing through our plumber to cash upfront FOR NOTHING.would never use this least than honest company. I do want my invoice too. Rip off, waste of money crooks!!!!

Not happy at all nor impressed with their expertise. Used their service and within 2-3 months another leak was detected which became very costly. One would think if the technicians had been out to do the job they would do a thorough job in examining the pipes. Unfortunately not these lot at all!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the response of this business. We had a major issue in our house with a busted water pipe. We had no water what so ever.I explained to the Gentleman that I had 2 young boys and a 7 month old baby. His attitude and response was ( to busy mate!! maybe I can be there in 2 weeks..) to me that is unprofessional!! When kids are involved I thought a source like that it would be important..
