Have been waiting far too long to buy a really good quality outdoor spa, and the Byron Bay Hydro that I ended up getting from Chantel was worth every cent. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, as I can't remember the last time I slept so well after having a one hour spa before going to bed each night. Thoroughly recommend to upgrade to the Platnium version too as the LED lights and extra jets/insulation are well worth it.

Everything about the service and show room was exceptional. Our 4-5 person Jacuzzi is the best investment we have made to our home. We have it off the back of our patio (the slab is about 250mm lower than the concrete so much easier to get into and out of. I soooo look forward to our Friday night bubbles (of the alcohol type) and Jacuzzi type. So relaxing watching the stars and the moon rising. Just brilliant.

Thank you Oasis Spas Capalaba! You took your time to listen to what we wanted and to help direct us to the perfect spa. You were also there to support us of the installation as we had to crane lift the spa over the top of our house. Then to surprise us with gifts! We had our spa installed almost a week ago and we have been in it every night. So relaxing. We love it! From quality spas, to excellent service, we will be spreading the word about you.....

We love our Spa and I thought the before , during and after customer service was fantastic.Great product at a great price and we are looking forward to relaxing in it during cool Winter evenings and hot Summer days.....

I was in touch with the Capalaba Oasis spas prior to Christmas to try source a new cover for my ageing spa. I was so very lucky to have Chantel look after my request! Chantel looked at all my options and kept me updated with what might work best for me. Once ordered I received calls to let me know the progress of the cover and when I could expect it to arrive. I had a tight deadline with family coming to stay at Christmas and Chantel went seriously above and beyond to ensure my cover was here in time. Her customer service was the best I have experienced in any organisation. If her attitude is reflective of oasis Capalaba I would not hesitate to deal with them for any spa needs in the future.

Dropped in today and the staff were great. Awesome concept showroom. I booked a wet test in the 5 series hot tub and it was amazing and I feel refreshed for this afternoons pt sessions. I will definitely be letting my PT Clients know about Jacuzzi hot tubs
