August 2022 and AMC is still requiring for all students to be vaccinated. It is readily apparent that AMC isn’t really a maritime college interested in training seafarers anymore. It has moved on to other areas within the marine environment such as defence/ law enforcement and research. With some luck AMSA will one day see the light and allow Australian Seafarers to train in other countries, But I wont hold my breath.

Spent over 60 minutes trying to ring the college.Not one phone number on the web site works.Finally rang the international student number in desperation. Got through to the university and as they transferred me they cut me off.Not a great experience.Still have not been able to contact them.

I have to agree with David's review called all the numbers possible and all of them rang until they ended. I have just received my offer letter and wonder if I should continue if this is the service I am going to receive as a distance learning student. Hope someone takes some action.

Since 1995, Bill Sabourn the Head of Engineering Department, assistant was Stanley Earl both from UK.Appreciate to both of them for the good work.AMC is outstanding, rank as leading edge compared to any maritime school, college or uni in the world.All in and out facilities are well equipped exceptional to fire fighting training facilities were all stationed down at Beauty Point.
