Giving 1 star but would like to give a big 0. Received an email on 7th to say my parcel would be delivered today, minutes later saw a van leave the driveway so immediately checked and there was no parcel. Contacted them asking if they had left the parcel and got the usualComputer generated response -we will get back to you in up to 2 business days. On the 9th received another email saying parcel was with carrier and would be delivered today. Again no parcel and same computer generated response to my enquiry. I rang after the weekend and was told they would look into it and send email update. When I said I had already had several email updates that tell me to wait for an update email, she was not exactly rude but very abrupt and basically said wait for the update

I would like to add to the collection of very negative feedback about this company. I recently bought two items from a music shop in Melbourne – 1 day apart. One parcel arrived here in Perth through Australia Post within 2 weeks. The second parcel was sent through Aramex. After nearly 3 weeks the “tracking” was still showing only that it had been picked up in Melbourne. To be fair, when I emailed Aramex they responded quickly but with what seems to be the fall back excuse – “there are delays in your area right now”, and an assurance that I would be updated.Early Monday morning I noticed there was something in my letter box and sure enough it was the item. It had apparently been delivered sometime on Sunday when I was not home. There had been no email or text from Aramex to let me know it was coming, and no note on the door to let me know that it had been delivered on a Sunday. Thank goodness it was not a very expensive/fragile item and that it fitted comfortably in the letter box. After this experience and reading so many really poor reviews, I am left wondering why businesses are still using this firm for deliveries. Accordingly, I have forwarded my review to Scarlett Music in Melbourne to make sure that they are aware of the potential customer dissatisfaction with this courier service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Currently my package is still in Adelaide after an entire month. I have sent countless emails regarding an update on the order to receive no information. I literally do not have my product. Please do yourselves a favour never use this delivery company ever. And Aramex I I never get my package which is what I expect this won't be the last you hear from me.

Quite literally the worst courier service I've experienced. I wish there was a way to know which courier the companies online are going to use as I would go out of my way to avoid dealing with Aramex and advise them to do the same. I have zero problems with any other courier I have used.1) First parcel from them - signed to a random person in my complex, never to be seen again. Takes them 5 months to accept responsibility for this and doesn't offer any compensation or even any way for me to check which company the parcel came from.2) Second parcel - attempted delivery without any call back card so I had no idea it was attempted and no idea it was waiting for me in a facility (for only 5 days) before it would be returned to the sender (also done without any warning). I have not received this parcel and neither has the sender.3) Third parcel - attempted delivery and this time they leave a card which is great! I reschedule a delivery at another address as I will not be home in the next 5 days which is their gracious time window before they return it to the sender. On the day of redelivery (which I received an email confirmation of), I get an email telling me my parcel is available for PICK UP AT THEIR FACILITY. So I call them and tell them once again to please deliver it at the new address and the person on the phone says they will confirm it with me (despite already doing this online and receiving confirmation the previous day).Their confirmation comes in the form of an email telling me that my parcel is at their facility AWAITING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RE-DELIVERY or I can come pick it up from them. You have one job and you want me to do it for you apparently.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Aramex (formerly Fastway) have to be the slowest and worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Sadly many online sellers use them (presumably because they are cheap) and not once have I ever had an item delivered on time. Every time I look at tracking and see Fastway/Aramex as the courier I wince. Once it took 6 weeks for an item to arrive from Sydney to Perth! As I type this, I am waiting on yet another delayed delivery (5 days overdue and counting). According to the tracking, the package has been sitting at the Perth depot for 8 days. Like many other people, I'd give Aramex a negative score if Google would allow it. Come on Aramex! Time to heed the reviews and lift your game!

*editing*While I'd still prefer not to use this company, Chris did at least come back after I was finally able to reach him and deliver my parcels on the same day. All this could have been avoided if he had done his job correctly in the first place.****What a useless company! I guess another 1 star review won't change anything. My local courier picked my parcel up on the morning of the 18th and held onto the package until the 19th. I have been at home, waiting for it then got the notification that they were unable to deliver it. They didn't even try!Tried calling the local contact, Chris 208, but he is ignoring his phone. Contacted the call centre and they were as unhelpful as expected then accused me of using profanity. As someone who has worked in call centres for a long time, I don't use profanity on the phone.I will be contacting the sender to see if I can convince them to use another courier service. I never thought I'd say this, but even Australia Post would be better than these guys.

By far one of the worst freight companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First package took over 1 month to deliver AFTER it arrived into the Perth depot.Latest parcel… well that’s still ongoing. 13 days after the estimated delivery we have had every excuse imaginable from the offshore call Centre. No chance of ever getting to speak to a person in Australia. They buy themselves time claiming they have 10 business days to deliver, then when they exceed that they just make a new excuse every day.Every time we call we get parroted the same nonsense information but no closer to getting the package. We run a small business and without this item we can’t complete our customer order. This affects us financially and looks terrible for customer service. In future, I will be checking which freight company put wholesalers use, and going with another business if they want to send via ARAMEX.Aramex, you should be ashamed. Just disgraceful.

If I could provide a negative score, I would. Atrocious customer service, rude staff. Kept my package in the depot for six weeks, and refused to forward it as they had themselves, put the incorrect suburb over the senders instructions, and then wouldn't ship to my correct address, which is Perth metro. Then they sent it all the way back from the UK after they updated the tracking that they had attempted delivery (to an address that does not exist). Countless phone calls, to no avail.

Unfortunately the address for my parcel was incorrectly entered by the business that sent it. At no fault from Aramex my parcel didn't arrive. I had a voicemail message left on my phone which I didn't receive until after hours asking where the correct address is. I really needed this package and messaged Arthur who is the driver for the Fremantle area and he was quick to respond and said he will get it to me tomorrow. I wasn't expecting to get a response at 8:30 at night and probably shouldn't have messaged him. I run an ecommerce business and use multiple freight companies around Australia and the customer service that Arthur offered is rare to see in this industry. He went over and beyond and I thank him for it. Well done!

I would give a zero star if I could. Don't use this company if you're looking for reliable delivery. No missed delivery card/s were left when several attempts were made to deliver. No phone call or email to let me know an attempt was made. If the sender didn't contact me to see if I had received the shipment, I wouldn't have known the status. I then called to re-book a delivery and again no driver has turned up on the rescheduled day. Went onto their website and entered the tracking number and discovered that they have dropped it off at some drop-off point without even trying to re-deliver. Had to call again to re-book another day. I'll be lucky to get this shipment at this rate. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
