If you get Dean on the phone, you have hit the jackpot. I was in a pretty pickle, had called a few times and still didn't have an answer to what I felt was a pretty straight forward to a difficult question. Dean helped me out and within minutes the issue I had with some of the spare parts we ordered were solved!Really appreciate the time you spent on my issue and helping to resolve it! Great customer experience so thanks so much!

The worst Auto Parts business that I have dealt with.Ordered a part 26 days ago and still haven't received it, Part was incorrectly sent to the wrong warehouse.Called on 5 different occasions and every Time someone told me they would sort it out and give me a call back, no one called.Went to Smeatan Grange today and the Lady at reception told me the part was still sitting in Brisbane.Worst customer service that I have seen.

This is a few minor scratches? People on the phone have no idea of condition of parts. Had to drive up 4 times to eventually finalize the transaction.

If you guys are closed over the Christmas new years break please update it on your google business site, and amend your phone system. I was the number 1 caller for 10 minutes, and in that time I drove to your store, and saw that your gates were closed.

Extremely happy with the staff especially Darren Nicholls who is not only polite but willing to go out of his comfort zone to help out. I met him recently but within 24 hours, he came back via email and notified me about my inquiry. Will be happy to recommend them to anyone.

lying sods quoted $400 for a door one week, the next week said it was $500. Don't believe phone quotes by these liars. Full of it!

Always a bad experience when dealing with this company. weather its sending me the wrong part or a part that has more problems than the one i'm replacing. never delivered on time and every time i call with a complaint its just a game of pass the blame. very unprofessional and horrible customer service. every time i have needed them for a part i have had customers waiting much longer than they should. bad for business and just not worth the time!! extremely unsatisfied

No body knows anything no pricing, waited 15 minutes to get a price on an engine. Tell the sales guy Okkon its unprofessional and get an angry abusive phone call. Complete waste of time. Rude arrogant organisation.

The staff are extremely dopey and have no idea the condition of parts and will not show you until you purchase them. i wont be going back to this place again. initially they were alright. but after your first visit they just try get any money they can out of you. Only go here if you know your stuff. Cause they clearly dont.Oh yea not to mention all the products they give you are greasy and dirty as hell. Dont expect anything nice and clean or any extra steps taken by their staff to ensure your products are looked after.Another note. Their Refund policy is extremely sketchy. dont buy unless you are sure or find a fault in 1 day
