I was very impressed by the professionalism of the lady who did my tax return. Sent me a message to apologise that she would be late as she was stuck in traffic. Also when I got there she again apologised. When doing my tax explain why we couldn’t claim for a certain item and showed me where on the ATO site so I could see. Just overall a pleasant experience and would recommend them again and again. Thanks
