Angelique ( property manager) would have to be the best landlord I've had in my 25yrs of renting, professional and kind are hard to find in a rental property msnage but Angelique wins this hands down. This is my experience as a renter however as a manager for someone's property Hart's realestate are on the ball with 3 month inspections and quick to have repairs (if needed) attended to in a short time frame if not immediately. Angilique has been THE BEST property manager I have ever engaged. At every stage she has been excellent, starting with screening of tenants. Rent collection was always on time with no defaults. Maintenance issues were promptly triaged and attended to where necessary. Communication was excellent. Regular inspections were thorough and detailed, with multiple photos.Exit was well managed with detail to condition of property at exit. This included attendance at negotiation meeting to (successfully) ensure departing tenant paid to return property to pre-rental state.I highly recommend Angilique of Harts Property to any landlords seeking a top property manager.
