Went to the new refurbished food court at the Glen. I thought I would give this a go as I was waiting for the shops to open. Order a coffee and a bacon and egg roll for $8.50What a joke. Who grills an egg! Is was crusty and tastes revolting and it was like eating egg shells.My mocha with almond milk was okay until I noticed all the chocolate caked onto the bottom of the cup. I did stir before every sip. But that was hard and gross.Never again! Get your act together!

Had coffee and muffin this morning. The coffee was excellent and the muffin was very fresh. I'm so happy with the smiles from the staff. They are very polite and efficient. Thank you to the staff team.

Coffee is usually good. Muffins are not mixed well before baking. Some parts are tasteless and some.oarts are tasty. Service friendliness is inconsistent, some are friendly and some arent.

It is not often that I give a Muffin Break store 5 stars as I find that their coffees are inconsistent. The coffee at new The Glen foodcourt served up two mochas and a babycino to us today.The coffees were ok, a little milky, but what set this apart was the excellent service. It was busy there with quite a few people getting coffees. But the staff were polite and smiling. Great service.

Bought a pack of 6 muffins. They were dry and not as delicious as they used to be. Disappointing. At $22 for 6 they were pretty good value because of the large size.

We came here again recently. I had flat white and Coffee carrot walnut cake. The coffee was very average. The cake was not so good. Firstly of all it was fresh, and the cream on top, I could taste the sugar sand. Will not be coming again anytime soon.

My husband and I had a Cafe latte and shared a piece of carrot cake after a long spell of shopping at the Glen. We were so disappointed at the quality of the cake which was so dry. The Cafe Latte was served cold. What a way to finish off our shopping! Will not visit again for sure.

Muffin Bake At the Glen - the worst customer service I ever experiencedThe staff Stephen pretended as not understand English or Mandarin when I questioned them that they should not charge me extra for $0.60 cream and jam to go with the scones that I ordered as a deal at $8.90. Dishonest shop - no one should go there…but if you are going checking every bills as they will over charge you ! Although I am very careful, they already again charge me another item $0.30 for a little bit of butter to go with the muffin deal I ordered as well that I was not informed of but already charged as additional from the deal of $8.xx
