The team at Totally Reptiles always helps me out whenever I come in. They are always happy to go the extra mile for both animals and customers. I am always happy to see happy to see there display animals whether they are in quarantine or not in excellent condition, keep up the great work guys.

What a fabulous experience! Called and spoke first with a man who clearly knew a lot about reptiles and was so impressed I headed in there. Nikita’s customer service is 10/10! Friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure she ticked every box in regards to the care of our new hatchling python!!! Purchased with complete confidence and left feeling completely looked after. Well done Nikita, you’re amazing, thank you!

This place is amazing, has everything you need to house your reptile. Friendly and knowledgeable staff aswell! 100% recommend.

Really nice clean shop, lovely staff, but last time when I went there wasn’t really much in the way of reptiles and also there were a lot of dead fish floating in some of their tanks

It was a very good shop and they hade a lot of options to choose from and all there snake were well taken care of and the people there were very nice and they let you handle the reptiles to see see if you would like one

I had high expectations for this place (I had been a customer at a previous location).Unfortunately I left highly disappointed.Lot of the snakes were on a paper only substrate with no hides.The two large 'display' enclosures with two snakes in each were abysmal, newspaper only, 1 little bowl, no hides, nothing to climb on except one little shelf, not to mention that the biggest carpet python had shed and the snake skin was still in the enclosure.Dry goods stocking was ok.Overall not a happy experience, three staff members on the floor, but very little customer service other than a hi when I entered and a can I help you as I was walking out the door.

Stopped in on a whim. My wife has always loved green tree frogs so I thought I would surprise her. The young lady that served me was full of help and knowledge about the frogs as pets. She had a genuine attitude to help and importantly a genuine concern about the welfare of the frogs thank you for all your help. I recommend your store highly.

All the staff at Totally Reptiles have been amazing. Super knowledgeable and happy to spend time to share this with my young, reptile mad son as he investigates new pets and set ups. Can’t recommend this business highly enough!

Great selection of reptiles! Staff very friendly and happy to talk reptile keeping, handled some very beautiful snakes! Will be going back (when the boss doesn't fox guard the wallet ;)
