If i can give zero star i will, my box been pick up at Feb 28, 2022 and up to now its still not been delivered!! It updates me last 2months ago that within a week my box will be ship already but the truth is my box just been ship this june 29, and says about july 25 will be departed in manila, then they upadte again that its push back again to july 29, as of now my box is still not been delivered they said will update again once the box is in manila its Aug 3 now and still no update, i feel so worried about the other stuff inside the expirations and hopefully nothing is been taken inside, as some reviews is really disappointing, we save and work hard for all the stuff that we put on that box for our family to atleast give them a bit of happiness and for us to feel happy as well, i will update this review once the box is in my family already, (This is to update that my box came at Aug 6, 2022 after 5 months and a bit, at least there is nothing been taken away or damage, but almost half a year to get to its destination and not super helpful customer service? Not again) my rate will still be the same.

Drove 160Klm to their Sydney Depot (Shop) with 2 x Boxes for Air Frieght as delivery was required urgently.Arrived and unloaded the Boxes only to be told by the lady there that all Boxes have to be inspected by them before they accept the Boxes.Have never had this before and have shipped numerous Sea Frieght and Air Frieght with BM Express.I am not aware of any Australian requirement to inspect Boxes.Boxes were already sealed with security tape and clear tape so declined to have her inspect the Boxes.Will Sen Air Frieght now with other carrier who does not require inspection.Beware before using BM Express as it could be wasted trip to deliver or if Box is sent to them for onforwarding that it will opened and inspected.Will definitely be using other carriers from now on.

We have sent a balik bayan box going to Philippines but the delay was really terrible.Given that this is out of their control I believe it is their responsibility to notify the sender of the delays.Our box has been picked up by Feb 20 -Melbourne went to Sydney by 1st of March and stayed until now April 26 at the port and will leave by May 7.Imagine the delays from pickup, and yet no one bothered to ring or even sent an SMS to notify about it’s delays.It is very disappointing since this circumstance is already ongoing yet a simple explanation would have given the sender a little bit of an assurance that the box is still with them.I have rang them and said “there’s an ongoing delay due to pandemic” of course we all know that and we understood that part. What I can’t believe is that no once cares from them to at least bother to send a generic or any SMS about it.Then we will expect anothe 8weeks from May 7 to arrive in port and another delays in custom since there is a massive over flow. Lucky if there is no delays in any of the stop over from Sydney.The service can still improve i know the delays are way beyond our control.That box is important to each and everyone so please respect and handle it with care.

A really bad experience I had with this company. They never call back when they promise to and cancels last minute on the scheduled date and time which in my case between 3 and 6 pm without telling the customer. I wasted 3 hours of my time waiting and can’t go out or do anything. The company didn’t even call me on the day of pick up to tell me that the driver is not coming to pick up my box. I only found out that they’re not coming when I called to confirm my address with them: I’m not gonna use this company again in the future. Bad service and not even offering any compensations for their mistake. Don’t use this company.

0 Rating for this service …We sent 2 boxes bound to Manila last june ,reached destination october. We waited very long then the box was opened as lots of items gone missing ..feel very sad and terrible.Will never use this service again .Totally not recommend.Im not expecting to retrieve the lost item but this review is for awareness .Maybe not all the staff of BM express is liable but this needs to be investigated .I emailed BM (as per instruction )and file a complain but no response or acknowledgement that they receive the complain or they doing action.Will definitely not recommend to anyone..Every bit and pieces in the box small or big,cheap or expensive ,its from our hard earned money and hoping that it will bring smiles to our families but it was very saddening and very disappointed!! This is our first to BM and definitely the last . Dont use this service !!!!

A very good experience with BM express indeed. Sent a box to Philippines, picked up at my place Oct2021 and been delivered Dec 2021. The customer service is very prompt in responding with request and active in giving updates where your package is (delays and if reached the port). They also ensure that the box is reached on the doorstep of the receiver. I am really happy and will definitely call them for my future balikbayan boxes. Good job! Hope you Continue the good service.

Dear BM,I just want to file a complaint regarding your service..you have taken our box March 28 2022 and we expect that my family will receive the box mid-May and when I tracked my box because we haven’t received any notification from you until you replied to our query via Messenger that dispatch date is May 28. What about the goods in that box that is due to expire what are you going to do about that? Are you going to pay or replace them? Is the delay due to lack of people sending boxes because you have mentioned before that you need to fill up the container van so that you can proceed with the dispatch. If we have known earlier or even notified of the delay we could’ve sent it using another courier service. We are overly disappointed with your service BM Express Australia. Will post in social media as well so people would be aware of your poor service.

Please people! Do not use this service! We had ours picked up April 2022 and until now, La pa din. I’m really disappointed. I’d prefer LBC pa din. I feel like BM Express is a scam. They might have been hiding all the balikbayan boxes.

We sent 2 boxes and got picked up last 24 April 2022. When I enquired to find out as to when will the boxes arrive in Manila, they told me that the boxes are still in Sydney. They did not even bother to inform us that the boxes have not left Sydney and they dont know the actual date of departure. Very bad customer service as they didnt even have decency to inform us that the boxes are still here in Sydney .
