Premier Hand Car Wash

I came in with a very dirty imported car for detailing inside and outside and I must say that I left this car wash with 100% satisfaction as the boys did a really good job for a reasonable cost.

These guys always do a great job, car does always looks clean and smells good too. Highly recommend to use them.

Thankyou for washing my car today. All i got back is damaged and dirty for $70. I brought my car to u guys at 10.40 am today and got the car back at 1.30 pm...Happy to paid you guys $70 and didnt check because were trust. Opened the car and get in i were surprised cuz the dirt still there and doesnt look like someone cleaned it. Then drove home, jumped out of the car and saw the side of my car got scratched.Ofcourse those smashed werent there before I dropped the car for them to clean. Tried to called them for 5 times after 40 mins got the car back but no one were answered.so horrible job and 100% never come back.

Should've checked the review on Google first. I paid $75 absolutely the worse job also left their dirty and stinky towel in the back seat of car. I don't recommend their services to anyone stay away!

I brought my car here as I had lunch with friends on Saturday because I hadn't had time to clean my car in a while and wanted a professional job as a clean slate. Paid $250 and they had my car for 5 hours (all agreed upon first since I knew my car needed work). When I went to pick up, the car looked very clean on initial check but after I paid i realised every single surface was still wet with product and strong smell of chemical. I also noticed just before driving away that all my floor mats weren't in my car and the floor of my car was soaked through. I checked my boot and all my mats were in a plastic bag, also soaked. I asked them what I was meant to do with it since they hadn't mentioned anything and they said hang them up when I get home. Ive spent last 3 days trying to air my car out with all windows down to get rid of chemical smell and attempt to dry the inside of my car before putting the mats back. Now my car has dried, the chemical residue has left streaks everywhere inside and outside of my car on everything black, and revealed they did not clean as well as I thought. Waste of money not worth it.

I delivered my car to them for a car wash and interior vacuum, last Sunday and in the end, I was not satisfied with the cleaning that They had done, in addition, they had damaged a part of the middle console of the car and the cover lid of the USB port had been lost, unfortunately, neither the employees nor the manager there, whose name was Sohail, didn't take responsibility for the damage, and when I told them that I would refer this case to fair trading, the manager told me very rudely, that you can refer to whoever you want.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.went there for car services yesterday while shopping. They broke a pocket near the steering wheel. Quoted $80 for car wash with polish but didn’t even clean the car properly. Forgot to do the polish. There was garbage stuck on the windscreen. When we got the car back there were stains and scratches all over it. A guy then came to do the polish saying he forgot but did it horribly.NEVER RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE AND NEVER GOING BACK. Even 1 star rating is too high. Wish I could zero.

Absolutely horrendous. They damaged the interior of my car and didn’t compensate me for that. The total damages cost me upwards of $700. I think the products they use were abrasive and ruined my interiors. They denied causing this issue, please avoid handing your car to them, especially if you’ve got a luxury car.
