So happy with the work that was done - full signage on my premises and a half vehicle wrap - Shaw Signs was so easy to deal with and very professional. I wasn't wanting to completely cover my vehicle and they came up with a great concept and design that would have cost a lot had I gone to a graphic designer first. Can't thank Shaw Signs enough !!

I’m not one to write negative reviews but in this circumstance I have no choice. We had Jay apply some business detailing to our 2018 Toyota Landcruiser. The stickers failed within 2 months, we were no longer near the Gold Coast so unable to return to the shop. We took photos and documented then removed what was left of the stickers. That’s when we realised a Stanley knife or blade had been used to cut the sticker detailing on the car. The blade marks run up the door following the outline of the sticker detail and down the back of the cab. I raised this with Jay and forwarded photos. To say I was disappointed with his response is an understatement. Despite the photos and evidence that the cut marks follow his sticker work perfectly he refuses to take any responsibility, give a refund or organise to have the damage repaired. His solution was sending some new stickers in the mail. So after paying Shaw signs and design for a service we are now left with a damaged car that will need to have the door and quarter panel repaired and panted as well as no sticker detailing on the car. So disappointed in this result and would not recommend the service.
