8pm at night and our washing machine was leaking water all over the place. Aidan was off work recovering from knee surgery and still talked us through stemming the leak until we could sort a more permanent solution over the phone. A lifesaver!

Aidan found and fixed a leaking pipe in my wall within a few hours of calling. He arrived when he said he would, gave me a quote prior to beginning work, and cleaned up after the leak had been repaired. He was also friendly and polite. Great work, thanks Aidan.

Amazing! Needed a copper pipe replaced on our hot water system and chose OnCall for all their great reviews. They were just as advertised! The plumbers popped out the same afternoon and fixed the pipe as well as gave us some advice on a few other plumbing related queries. Very friendly and approachable with good pricing! Will be using these guys again!

We had a fantastic experience with Aiden. He arrived on time, we had a discussion about the problems we were having, and he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly. He was very clean and tidy while performing the job. He was very thorough in both the job and explaining to us what the problem was exactly and what was done.
