Spring Chickens

The chips actually made it the 10-15 minute drive home! Still delicious upon arrival, extremely juicy chicken with flavouring that was unreal. The quality of the food was not skimped out on what so ever and the in-store cost was very reasonable.Just picked up some food on the fly but I will never go anywhere else again!Very clean interior that looks modern and you can see the food prep area which I always like too. Very new style of chicken shop really setting a new standard.10/10 will come back.

It's great to have a local chicken shop that values quality so highly.I stopped by Spring Chickens after a day's work to grab an easy dine-in dinner. I was warmly greeted by the staff and presented with a menu of dine-in/takeaway options. Seeking a burger recommendation, I was pleased to receive a response that all the burgers were good and unique in their own way. I decided to go with the 'Rocket' burger, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.I was impressed by the presentation. Served with hot chips and Beerenberg tomato sauce, the burger bun was perfectly toasted, the shredded Portuguese chicken was succulent, and the fresh pesto complimented the chicken perfectly. Definitely one of the best burger meals I've had - satisfyingly filling without being overly heavy.The cleanliness, well-designed layout, and pleasing lighting create an inviting atmosphere. The inclusion of indoor plants adds a touch of greenery, enhancing the welcoming environment.

Needed some chickens for Mother’s Day lunch and thought, why not support the new local. Best decision I could have made. Had the classic style and all the mothers at lunch raved about how good it was. Best chicken I’ve had, charcoal is the key, will definitely try the Portuguese next!

Went twice in the past fortnight. Both at opening hours therefore the food was just being prepared.The Portuguese chicken, fries, and potato bacon salad.. It was pretty good.Have tried a few other chicken shops nearby.. Although the price might be a few dollars more..but overall this definitely is the better one.

Great soft opening looks great inside, such friendly staff. Would of like my charcoal chicken skin slightly crispier can't wait to try the Portugese next time. Salad need more options only 4 traditional one's ATM. Chips were great. Definately be back.

Underrated place. The Portuguese chicken is tasty on its own and chips were fried to perfection. They also offer a variety of salads and sauces to go with your meal. Definitely worth a try.

Got a normal chicken and Portuguese chicken. They were both beautiful and yummy. The chips were cooked to perfection. The place looks great, staff were friendly and Awsome to hear what they’re doing.

Love the new renovations, the shop looks amazing! 10/10 customer service from the owners and chips were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to try the chicken. New regular chicken shop for sure!

Seriously brilliant…I’d go so far as to say the best charcoal chook we’ve ever had. Chicken perfectly cooked and chips hand cut, crispy and great. These guys are going to smash it out of the park. We are their newest regulars!
