Louisa is the most caring and down to earth Vet you will ever meet . She cleaned my 12 year old doggies teeth to perfection and much more. I couldn’t be happier and now trust 100% . Everyone else that works with her are just as friendly and helpful . They all make you feel like your baby is their top priority. Thank you ladies

My partner and I left our two girls in the care of family in Grafton while we were away overseas for an extended trip, during which they regularly visited Louisa for check-ups and the like. I could not be more grateful for Louisa's gentle care and attention during this period. She was diligent and always kept us updated with all of their visits and check-ups via email which kept us reassured and free of worry. I really hope to find a vet back here in Sydney who is as warm, kind and professional as Louisa, a true gem she is!

My dog was only a patient of Louisa's for a very short time and I wished I'd found her earlier. Today, Louisa came to my home to help my old dog go to Heaven. In the most important time for me in my dog's life, Louisa showed compassion, love, kindness and time to my beloved furbaby and myself. Louisa and Tammy did a wonderful job with our Roxy today. Roxy had 2 paralysis ticks. They were so kind and caring while they lightly sedated Roxy and put her on a saline drip and administered the antivenin very carefully, taking their time to make sure she was ok. They explained and gave us written instructions on how to care for Roxy over the next 2 weeks. We were told to ring if we have any worries at all. Very happy with the care given to Roxy today, I would recommend to anyone who really cares about their pet.

Louisa and Francisca are passionate, knowledgeable and professional. During our travels home we ran into and emergency with out new cat. From the moment Louisa answered the phone to us getting back on the road she was always thinking one step ahead. It was her immediate priority to get us the help we needed in a timely manner, she even suggested us calling another vet to see if they happened to be at their clinic. Francesca and Louisa arrived within 17 min. They both went above and beyond in the care they provided. We were very surprised with how affordable the consult and treatment was. If you and your fur baby need to see a vet we highly recommend 'Mobile Vet'.

I cannot recommend Dr Louisa and Francis, her assistant enough. Unfortunately, one of our pet sheep sustained a serious injury from a dog - when I called her in the morning she gave me lots of advice over the phone to help the sheep out, as initially she did not think she would be able to get out to see him that day. We received a call later in the day that she was on her way out and our sheep was seen to. Both Louisa and her assistant Francis were fantastic in explaining the assessment, treatment and their recommendations. It was clear that they genuinely care for the animals they treat and even checked in the next morning to see how he was and if there was anything more they could do. Given everything the sheep needed, the location of our property out of town and a weekend call-out I think the price was overall quite reasonable. Tip - If you can't get Louisa on her landline on the weekend call the mobile. Highly recommend, we won't go with any other vet now. Thank you
