CrossFit 2444

Great CrossFit Box - old school whiteboard, classic programming, and the culture of mechanics, consistency, intensity shines through.I dropped in for the week on holidays. Shane and his team were great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The classes were fun and varied.If you are used to getting tons of personal cues and coaching, that doesn’t happen as much as you might like BUT they make sure things are appropriate for everyone in the class and you can tell from the regulars that they look out for each other and newcomers too.Definitely will be back again.Thanks Shane and the team at CF2444.

Our home away from home / work... although all of our colleagues also train here ha! Excellent programming and trainers are the best!! We love our Crossfit Box!
