Justin was professional and easy to talk to over the phone, and in person was able to fix new taps and shower head. He went above and beyond when we had to call him back to repair a shower head for us which was still under warranty. Gold stars for his professional work and awesome people skills.

Justin arrived at the agreed time. He completed a tricky gas pipe reline and I was kept informed all the way. He went over and above to explain things as he completed his work. I found him to be polite and friendly. His quote for the work was also very competitive when compared to a quote from a larger company. Would highly recommend.

Justin arrived promptly for the quote and for the installation. He gave me clear understandable advice and was happy to explain my options fully and the operation of the tap and filter. He also gave me advice on some other plumbing questions I had. Very reasonably priced and a very nice man. Am very happy to recommend him and will use again.
