Excellent service, friendly staff, I’ve been taking my car to the team for 3 years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Thank you to all the staff of Urangan Service Centre. I turned up on Thursday before Christmas with a leak of some kind in my car. They accessed and located parts even though they were closing up holidays. The staff were very helpful, efficient and accommodating. Thank you team!!!

Had a radiator flush, and replaced with a better OEM coolant. Trent recommended a better Penrite product.Karen at reception was wonderful.Trent was informitive and professional.Service was prompt and on time.Courtesy pick up/drop off. Very happy.

Repco Miller street Urangan was fantastic. Then it changed owners in February 2022. Correct Automotive used to own it. They were fantastic!New owners do terrible work at ridiculous prices. Don't even complete jobs properly. Left battery terminal lead off the car. Didn't complete radiator refill properly and didn't fix the fan on the car properly..Tried to charge ridiculous hours and a huge bill. They didn't know of my past with Toyota. Ended up halving the bill, and a bit less..shocking workmanship, dumb excuses.. Don't ever think about taking so much as a go cart to this place...The old adage from the 80's has been revived by this shoddy business.REPCO....Rip Every Poor Customer Off. Go to Correct Automotive it's well worth the drive. And See Ben C.He is the best.

Pretty disappointed with the overall service provided, overall job was completed but well over quoted time with no communication that extra hours were racking up. Did have one phone call at the start of the job to advise of a component needing replacing that had to be removed /refitted anyway so agreed to replace. My tail shaft now looks like it’s gone 4 rounds with Mike Tyson with what I can only assume a 1st year apprentice has done. Shame as I had heard better from these guys!

Log book service done on an Avida Leura. They were very thorough and prompt. Karen on the front desk was amazing so friendly

I originally spoke with Trent to get my motorhome fixed as it needed cv joints axles replacing ..he got me quote $3500 each for genuine parts but advised me to use aftermarket ones at about $500 each...so he ordered them in using my number plate and details i gave him of type of vehicle it is..He booked it in to be fixed on the 22nd nov 2022 and i let him know we need the motorhome for my daughters 13 teenth birthday at the gold coast on dec 4..He assured me plenty time and it will be done but after bringing it down to his workshop it didnt fit in there shop as there door didnt go high enough even though i told him weeks ago i didnt think it would fit as my motorhome is 3.3 high and there door only goes 3.2 but he said if it doesnt they,ll wk on it outside on concrete ...He cancelled several times and then when he got the parts in he rang to say hes not going to wk on it outside and arranged for another shop to fix it on there hoist which happened to be the day we were supposed to leave he had 3 weeks to fix it ..So the other shop pulled it apart only to find out trent ordered wrong parts...so they had to put it back together with old axles to get it off there hoist as it may take weeks to get right parts and they need there hoist for other jobs,,,I had to pay there labour $650.... Plus hotels on gold coast for daughters birthday and eat all meals takeaway and couldnt get hotels in gold coast as it schoolies to had to drive bris back and forth gc for her party over 3 days..I,m out $1500 and a motorhome thats not fixed...dep fair trading told him to reimburse me but hes refused so it will be going to q cat next...Thanks trent ruining my daughters 13teenth birthday [arty and costing me $1500 and as judge judy says telling truth is easy so trent tell the truth will ya...i saw some of the lies you wrote in your reply to dep fair trading
