Keeping her in dry dock at Patterson's Lakes was a masterstroke idea from Alan which has suited us perfectly at this busy time of our lives. We are enjoying being on the water!

Whittley is an Australian, family owned company who hand craft their boats at their factory in Melbourne.Alan Whittley runs the company and is involved in everything from sales to support, supported by some fantastic staff.Alan and Whittley are a pleasure to deal with, and very accommodating with queries and any issues with their boats. There is no substitute to directly talking to the person who assembled your boat!We are so happy with our purchase of a CR2180, the professionalism of the sales process, upfront documentation of every detail, and the after sales service. It gave us so much confidence in purchasing our very first boat.I would highly recommend this company, they have quality, integrity and value. And most of all, they are Australian owned!

This is an exceptional company - most businesses would profess to give geniune and wholehearted customer service but between Alan and Neville Whittley they have absolutely and genuinely nailed it.My journey with the Whittley family started over a year ago where they settled my nerves on choice of boat and their creation started.I took ownership of my craft in Septemeber last year ( 2180SD ) and have loved every minute of it. I use it for spearfishing, fishing and recreational.Its literally hand build and the team are a friendly bunch who loved sharing the progress of the boat and the company on every visit. I had a few tweeks I wanted done on the boat after delivery and they kindly sorted it out for me effeceintly.Recently I took it in for a few repairs ( I lost the anchor and had a few wear and tear fix ups ). It took them a few days to rectify it and now its perfect. To top it all off, when I went to pick it up, Neville said they would absorb the cost and one day I would buy another boat from them. A true investment into the future of the brand.Dont tell my wife but I am seriously considering up grading :)There are loads of boat and businesses out there that come with rave reviews and promises of service, affordabilty and delivery but WHITTLEY have got the mix perfect. I can't speak highly enough of the service experienced at Whittley Gold Coast during the purchase process of our FF1950. Laurie and Lisa were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble from the initial enquiry, through the sales process, hand over and post sales questions. Aaron their service manager has also been fantastic to deal with.I've already recommended Whittley to friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A great Australian company.

Bought a clearwater boat was given the sales pitch of all the good stuff that came with the boat. Got none of them, told would come with digital gauges for the yamaha motor. All gauges analog, when questioned they said the gauges wouldn't work with this motor. Spoke with yamaha technician and was told if they could get the analog gauges working then the digital gauges would work. Metal shavings from the gauge installation left throughout the boat. All in all a very bad experience. Boat is good but staff will tell you whatever to get the sale be very careful.

Whittley CR2380 OB. My wife and I have about 12 years boating experience with Trailer Sailers - 20 & 25 foot, so are no strangers to the water. We agreed it was time to progress to a motor boat and we had specific requirements that the motor boat had to comfortably facilitate several days on the water.After scouring the market, the Whittley craft was an obvious choice. After discussions with Laurie and Lisa at Coomera Whittley Boatworks Qld, we placed an order for a CR2380 Outboard with some specific modifications as per our requirements in the design of the boat. Nothing was too much trouble. As our boat order passed to the Whittley production factory in Melb, I welcomed a calls from Director Alan Whittley and his Office Manager John, to discuss the order and confirm our requirements. The communication from Whittley PTY throughout the build and milestones, was outstanding!We drove from Qld to Victoria for the pickup / handover / water test of our boat and was invited to visit the Melb factory which was most impressive.Post delivery, there were a couple of technical 'hickups' with our boat - as typical of any new car, caravan and boat. Some of the 'hickups' were obvious Owners' lack of familiarity with the new equipment - doh!!. To my surprise the Whittley Engineering Director, Nev Whittley rang me and we quickly resolved several of our concerns with the same gentle and sage advice we had grown accustomed to with all our Whittley staff interactions.On our first service at the Whittley workshop in Coomera, Marine Technician - Aaron - provided us a service above and beyond. His technical prowess and knowledge of marine systems is to be applauded. Laurie and Lisa welcomed us back with glee. Lisa is also a Graphics Designer and supplied our graphics for the rego and naming of our craft - Nauti Supa" !We LOVE our Whittley and it has exceeded our expectations - on the water
