Absolutely outstanding service and help! I was passing through town when our Landcruiser developed what could have been a catastrophic issue. The dealership fitted me in straight away and they had me back on the road in an hour, could not be more grateful! Thank you!

Had issues with a noise in my Fortuner whilst in Longreach heading home. Longreach Toyota had no techs due to Covid so could not assist. Called Black toyota in Roma who were fantastic from the outset. Agreed to preorder the new part on my suspicions with my agreement to cover a restocking fee if I was wrong. 700 very nervous km later and I dropped the car in at 8am the following day and have it back before midday sounding good as new with a new alternator.

Greg was amazing. He was able to order us a filter for our 2008 Prado, which arrived the next day as we were heading to Carnarvon Gorge.Fantastic service.

V bad experience, toyota roma , I was going to book 2 brand new cars & your sales person ( Joe sanders ) , the way he talks to the customers , he shouldn't work for for toyota , & i felt really bad the way he email , he was like I am not gona assist you why you are bothering me , I didn't like the way he assist customers, v bad service (Joe sanders )
