Such helpful staff and the dr I saw went above and beyond to help me. I entered the surgery very anxious and left feeling extremely reassured, valued, heard and fears alleviated.Would recommend this clinic and drs to anyone needing a trusting, RELIABLE, understanding dr who actually takes the time to listen to the patient.Dr Peta Fielding was very considerate and compassionate and I would have no hesitation to recommend her!

Staff and reception are always very helpful. Unfortunately my mother recently had an appointment with a Dr Gough. Appalling would be the best way my mother was treated. We understand she is already in poor health but to question why she would have palliative care and still need medication, either speed up death or take medication. Up to you. Very cold and uncompassionate. Steer clear of this doctor.

I've been going to the clinic for about 2 years now and the receptionist are always lovely to deal with.Fiona who went above and beyond today really made it a great experience her ability to problem solve quickly bringing the stress factor right down,it is always a pleasure when dealing with her she has helped me with very challenging and stressful issues in the past and I'm very greatful she is apart of the team here.I highly recommend her, if you are ever feeling overwhelmed with calling the clinic it doesn't matter how busy it is she always finds the time to get back to you.

I am not from Echuca, and I found it very difficult to find a doctors that was willing to see me in an emergency situation, I phoned Rich River Health Group and they where so friendly and helpful on the phone, they immediately got me an appointment with Dr. Quayle who took the situation seriously and is working to resolve my medical issue. Dr. Quayle and the reception treated me with kindness and made me feel respected and looked after. I would highly recommend calling Rich River Health Group for any health needs.

GP fined $24K for illegally prescribing painkillersFRI 4 APR 2014, 10:06 AM AEDTEmail Facebook Twitter WhatsAppA 57-year-old Echuca doctor has been fined for illegally prescribing painkillers.John Quayle pleaded guilty in the Echuca Magistrates Court this week to 25 charges.The Health Department had accused the GP of wrongly prescribing drugs such as morphine and oxycodone on nearly 500 occasions.The offences happened between 2011 and 2013.The magistrate fined Quayle $24,000.
