Working with CSA is the best. I Get to experience and learn more and not only with my work colleagues and also working along with the young people. Everyday is a challenging day but it’s all worth it, when helping young people make a change in their lives and being a great example to them. CSA are always supportive of everyone and at all times.☺️

As an employee of Community Staffing Australia I thoroughly enjoy working with my team; the staff members are always approachable and kind and I felt very welcomed, confident and content from my first shift.My job is rewarding and fulfilling and I feel as though the company appreciates and values my hard work, dedication and commitment to my job.The work culture/environment is extremely positive and I am very well-supported whenever needed. I’ve been working with CSA for several years now and have to say I’m very happy to be working for CSA. There’s a great culture amongst the team as well as leadership.CSA have a genuine desire and belief in what they are doing, working with youths in the community.
