Niessing Sydney (Strand Arcade)

I got recently engaged and my parter was happy for me to choose my ring. I had been searching for months but I couldn't find what I like cause all rings looked the same or similar to each other. I wanted something very simple but unique and... boom! I had found Niessing when I walked a shopping centre in Melbourne and I thought THIS IS IT! I had studied about this brand for ages to make sure that I was making the right decision. I told my partner that I found what I want but unfortunately, the Melbourne shop no longer existed so he contacted the Sydney shop. My partner had an amazing experience with Leslie (My partner was organising a surprise behind my back!). They even sent him a promise ring so that he could propose me with a Niessing ring!! I got my ring last week and I am totally speechless. It is a refined beauty! I DO NOT want to wear a ring that looks the same as others, I DO NOT like too many diamonds. This is just what I wanted! Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the shop so I couldn't measure my finger size again (I measured in Summer last year) so we ordered the size I tried last year and when the ring arrived, I found it was a bit loose. I understand that tension rings cannot be resized, the artisan in Germany has to make a new ring but I was more worried that I might lose the ring if I don't resize so I contacted Niessing Sydney. Again Leslie and Cherry have been extremely helpful and they provided me a free of charge resizing service!! I think it is because I have just received this ring and due to Covid-19, we were unable to physically visit the shop to try it on. I don't know how I can live without this ring for a couple of months cause I love it so much but I have to be patient! Friends of mine who work in the Design industry gave me a lot of compliment about this ring and they now want to buy their own jewellery from Niessing! I feel really really special with this ring. I can't wait to go out and use my left hand (to show off the ring lol) when the lockdown is over! Don't go and buy a boring ring for your partner or yourself. Get a ring more special and memorable that no one has it!

I ordered an engagement ring from Niessing because of the their uniqueness design. I must say my fiancée love the ring so much. It is special and yet not too complicated.The entire experience was great too especially the service given by Isabel is very professional from sales to after sales, and not pushy. She always kept me well informed of the situations especially when the covid restriction just started on mid June. She make sure I can get the ring on time even when the store has to close due to the lockdown.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who like something different in ring design. Well done guys!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We tried lots of rings and the staff was always happy to help. Lots of customisation options and some patterns or features are quite unique. Bought a ring for my wedding, both my wife and I are satisfied.

We just had wedding ceremony on 25th! Almost fell in love with this shop at the fist sight. After waiting 6weeks personalised design from German, we finally got them.The rings are so beautiful, beautiful coulor, nice design and good quality! The manager Cherry is very nice and professional! Exquisitely designed jewellery and artisan crafted to the highest standards. We ordered a satin finished tension ring which I feel is the most unique finish. The tension setting is what Niessing is renowned for. After some waiting time and patience, the piece arrived - a fine piece of art. The sales staff are always kind and helpful.
