Vodafone The Village St Marys

I wet into the store on Monday 11/04/22 to make enquiries about my phone. I found the staff there to be very friendly and willing to help in anyway they could. They took the time to explain what my options were and how I would benefit from them . They also explained my new contract to me and exactly how much extra it would cost. Also gave me a good trade-in on my old phone.Willing to help me in my transfer of data etc. Could not be more happier with service that I received from the staff. Would recommend the ladies of Vodafone in St Marys Village to anyone if they want top service.

It's my go-to telecommunications store located inside St Mary's village.I recently upgraded to the galaxy z flip phone mobile. The plan they gave me is great. Actually each time I upgrade my deal gets better! I now have the latest handset, five g connection and unlimited data ! The ladies that were serving were friendly and helpful.

Walked into the store very stressed. Alex helped me resolve the issue with my phone and created an excellent solution with my home internet. I find him very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy customer.

If there was less than 1 star, I wouldn't even choose 1. Earlier in the year I went to upgrade my phone and the sales rep was taking personal calls while serving me. Then went out for a break while I was waiting. Didn't upgrade my phone that day. Yesterday my phone stepped working. I went there out of desperation & convenience. Rania told me that the phone was broken and would take 2 weeks to repair if i left it with them. She then told me if i needed it urgently, I could go to Samsung in Rouse Hill and they would replace it on the spot as it's still under warranty. I drove all the way to Rouse Hill to find that firstly, there is no Samsung store. Secondly, the store they were referring to does not give new phones, all they do is send them off for repair. I then went to Vodafone Rouse Hill who informed me that Samsung do not replace phones at all, Samsung would only send away for repairs. They were shocked that an uneducated lying sales assistant would tell me something that was completely FALSE! They advised I put in a complaint to Vodafone about St Marys store as they have heard many horror stories about that store. When I called the store to ask why they lied and gave me false information, the guy who answered said but a guy who comes to our store told us that Rouse Hill replace phones on the spot". They didn't even know it was true

VERY quick service, the few questions I asked were answered in an easy to understand manner by the female taff member
