Airfix Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Used them twice already, both times excellent.Every visit, 3 job visits and 1 quoting visit, they turned on time as promised. I was given good and clear advise about model selection and what they can and can not do.First was a small job was fixing Fujitsu fault under warranty. Second time they installed a split system in my old house, took two visits, one for electrician and one for installer. For the 2nd job they quoted a bit more than competing quote but I chose them anyway because of previous dealings and no regrets at all, especially because they do not muck me around.I really liked that employees spoke well of the boss (boss was not there). I support local business that treats employees well.Now I got them to quote again to retrofit central ducted system with finer per room controls. They followed up with quote in reasonable time. I would like a fancier solution than AirFix said could provide. I contacted two others but those others after describing on the phone that they can do fancy controls and sensors failed to even get back to me, even after I call one of them back. So looks like I'll be using AirFix again with a simpler system, which might be a good thing, because it is cheaper and hopefully simpler=more reliable, and AirFix did 2 previous jobs very well.

Over the last couple of years we have used Ryan (Airfix) and have been very impressed with his knowledge on air conditioning. We have had zone motors replaced by Ryan that have been installed by other companies and then given extra advice like having air filters cleaned which we didn't know we had to do.The latest thing we had done was have a new Zone motor system put in as the air flow through out the house was really poor. Now we feel as if we have a whole new air conditioner! The system works so well we have to turn off the aircon because we are freezing. Thanks so much Ryan for all your advice and professional service our Summer is going to be so much, cooler thanks to you!!

Terrible customer service

Airfix gave a prompt reply to call out my airconditioner was given a though service and is now working better than it has for year, I highly recommend Airfix.
