Was introduced to Carlie through a real estate agent. Didn't have high hopes as we were already having trouble finding reasonable finance with my partner being on a temporary visa. Carlie and the team exceeded all expectations. We got a great rate which is now actually lower than my recently refinanced loan for my apartment. The borrowing capacity was also much better than any alternatives.We now have a great house and I get to keep my apartment as an investment thanks to Carlie and the team. Couldn't be happier.

Such a great experience, from our first phone call with Sharyn to schedule our appointment and then to come in have such a friendly and welcoming environment. Carlie the home loan broker was amazing, Carlie went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information to decide on our future home loan, Carlie has an in-depth knowledge and was really supportive in explaining the processes involved. Carlie was absolutely incredible. We first touched base with her during Stage 4 lockdown, and she helped us get the ball rolling and get pre-approval so we could go out and inspect with confidence after restrictions eased.Any question we had was answered in detail by Carlie, and we were always in the loop and updated regularly by her or her admin girl Kelly.Can’t recommend Carlie and Aussie highly enough. Firstly I called my regular bank regarding a home loan. They we unresponsive and not helpful. Then I was told about Aussie Home loans carrum downs. I contacted them and received an immediate response followed by an in-office meeting within two days of inquiry. Carlie listened to my story and was empathic and made me feel confident I had made the right decision. The staff Mariah was helpful too and overall I cannot thank the team at Carrum downs enough for outstanding results and helpfulness. Highly recommend them.
