I was looking for caulking work as part of my 3 month inspection which Carlisle homes require external Caulking to be done as part of their warranty requirements (which they do not state anywhere). Ash has done work for Carlisle builds before so knows their requirements and guarantees the warranty.Ash was professional and reasonably priced compared to other Caulking services out there in the west side of Melbourne. Ash was efficient and quick and matched the sealant to the colour of my hebel. I would recommend him.
