Tom & the team replaced our roof, gutters & down pipes. Tom took the time to explain exactly what they'd do as well as the process they would take. I was kept up to date on all issues as they arose and Tom got them all sorted without us having to lift a finger. The quality is fantastic and we won't hesitate to use Off Grid Plumbing again in the future.

Tom was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of replacing our gas hot water service with an electric HWS powered by a heat pump. It's a fantastic system and our first step in getting off the gas! The team were great. They worked quickly and neatly and everything is running perfectly.

I found Tom while needing some urgent work to diagnose and fix a troubling leak under our floors and within a wall. Tom was very responsive, worked with a team member on site over several days to fix the leak and recommended some other adjustments to avoid a repeat. Since that work we have had Tom back to address a number of other issues, including replacing a pump feeding from a water tank to toilets, repairing a toilet and to quote on a hot water system replacement. Tom provides useful advice about the options and best solutions available, with a focus on quality, sustainable and enduring plumbing solutions, and works very professionally to get the job done. My a new hot water service and kitchen are no longer on gas, with the gas metre left on the veranda for the supplier to collect.
