Officeworks Mandurah

I have never dealt with a company and store so unorganised as I have with office works Mandurah. On 2 occasions I’ve ordered prints online to be collected in store. The first time I had to wait for approx half an hour while they looked everywhere for my order. On the second occasion I ordered prints online and never received a msg to say they were ready, I tried calling on 3 occasions, the first time I was left on hold for 25 minutes the second time when I finally got through I was (I think unintentionally)hung up on, although they had my details never called back, the 3rd time I got through and was transferred and the lady couldn’t tell me anything about my order, upon waiting another 2 weeks to see if my order would be ready I never received any notice so I emailed, the lady replied saying they were in store ready for collection, then going in store to wait again for around 20 minutes while they searched everywhere with no luck in finding them, having 3 babies in the car I couldn’t wait any longer, so I left my details for them to contact me the next day, no one ever contacted me, I then emailed again saying I was unhappy and if I wasn’t getting my photos I wanted a refunded, no communication or trying to find out where they were, just a refund and no further communication. So unhappy with the lack of customer service. The place needs a major overhaul of staff, and proper processes put in place. The staff have no clue of what’s going on, and all have to msg through a group chat to know what’s happening. It beyond acceptable for a business of this size.

Very helpful at helping me print a custom size image in a short time frame. When I arrived to the store it was printed and waiting. Thank you for such amazing customer service.

Good products but poor stock levels. When I went to order a product at the desk, they asked me for my driving licence? Why? I'm ordering and paying now for a product. Why do you need my driving licence? I'm picking it up, it's not getting delivered and as I've just moved from QLD to WA then my address on my licence is also irrelevant. Bizarre....

Photo printing is riddled with constant issues both online and in store. Every time I visit to print there is an issue of some kind. It's 2023 printing a photo shouldn't be this hard. Staff are for the most part nonchalant. If I didn't need to come here I absolutely wouldn't.

The WORST store. How do you have so many staff walking around but nobody assisting you? I went in one day to ask what the price was to scan an a3 colour on self serve. The girl I asked didn’t know so she asked someone else who said $15, I knew straight away that was wrong so then the lady said oh 90c, I don’t know. If you don’t know then don’t answer. The next day I went back in and stood in line at the printer shop, plenty of workers around but only one at the print section so I stood there but called the store too. Someone answered and I asked him the same question, I literally saw him walk to the self serve and look at the price however the price he gave me was for an a4, I said I was after a3, then he hung up on me. I walked up to him and said I was the one you were talking to. He said sorry phone cut out. If you can’t deal with customers then find a different job! Everyone in there walks around like their cat just died.

To begin with i was the only customer at the counter. i was ignored. finally a counter server who was on his computer acknowleged me and said someone else would serve me when she finished her job. so i waited. later he dealt with another customer and not me, i still hadnt been served, and the litany of poor service continued.i had previously ordered this product and had just ran into the store to collect it as i had been sent the text to say it was ready for pickup with the instructions to just show my barcode.i feel the customer service has dropped at this store.if you can go to another officeworks i would

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Difficult to get to. Massive lines and staff wandering around aimlessly. I was waiting for line for shredder and guy spent ages trying to load paper for printing. Not once did he communicate with me. Other line busy also. I eventually called one of the aimless guys and he said he would get someone and noone arrived and he got caught up with other customers. I was waiting with this level of communication for over 10 minutes. Last time I came for this long wait too and poor communication. Just lost my regular business of shredding, paper and ink supplies (I was going to purchase these too). Find somewhere else, it's not worth it. There were plenty of other annoyed customers too. Oh by the way I left, didn't look like they were going to address long queues any time soon. Wasted a good 20 minutes of my life.

Absolute horrendous customer service while I was shopping today have never been made to feel more ridiculed by both older and younger staff! The “manger” on was younger than me and completely unhelpful/rude one lovely service from a younger girl I had called about the issue but was immediately turned away by an older lady Cathy! Who then caused my experience to go from bad to worse. Will be in contact with higher up managers about this poor behaviour seems every review is saying the same thing. Re staffing asap

Super friendly and helpful staff, it’s so easy to find all the essentials.

The five stars are for JADE the only person in my five attempts to resolve a problem with my click and collect order that showed any interest and actually gave excellent customer service now if only others would learn the importance of customer service in retail
