We have been getting our cakes from The Iced Bakery & Co for a few years now and always recommend to friends and family.Today that has changed. The disgusting customer service that was received today when trying to order a cake was that poor that the individual responsible doesn’t even deserve the one star.Everyone has bad days don’t take it out on your customers.We are no longer customers.

Cannot recommend enough. We came in from outer-state for a lunch in Healesville for my mother’s birthday. We made the order over the phone. Friendly service, so many great suggestions, and ready right on time. Most importantly, it looked fantastic and tasted even better. Thank you!

Had an average pie about 4 months ago after 3 good visits. Today earnt another great experience. With the Frog only a few doors down it could go either way and what ever the choice is it's sure to be good. This bakery smokes the overrated Yarra Glen Bakery. Top 1 or 2 in the area.

Stopped in for a coffee and a sausage roll. The sausage roll was very nice and the coffee was great. Friendly staff and great service. Reasonable price too.
