We had a tricky order to fill with raked ceilings, small rooms and large rooms. The team here were very supportive to help us understand our requirements and show us options.They double checked the order and organised delivery for us which all happened very quickly.I would definitely recommend visiting The Fan Shop for any fan requirements.

Thegentleman who heads this premise listens to you, finds a solution to meet your needs and then offers a great price! Whilst i do love Bunnings, if you want more exacting information, choose a specialist like the fan shop rather than a generalist retailer.

I wanted to support a small business rather than a lighting chain - best decision. Excellent service and advice from Ben-David, but more importantly better quality products than the chain store, especially the warranty period. The indoor fans I purchased have 5 year warranty, outdoor ones 6 and for the same price as chain store with 2 year warranty. Thanks Ben-David,Angela

Like other reviewers, we wanted to support a locally owned store rather than a big chain. We're glad we did! The service was excellent and made it easy to choose the right 3 fans for our house. Pricing and range were as good as the chain or online stores. As a bonus we were served by Yossi the electrician, who was able to book us right in for the installation. Thanks Fan Shop!

I too, like other reviewers, wanted to support a small SA business. I simply took my house plans into The Fan Shop and Cliff was very helpful and recommended which fans were the best sizes for the various rooms. Yossi from Add-A-Light Electrical were recommended by The Fan Shop for the fan installation - both Yossi and his son Tom were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and tidy electricians - great pricing too. The service in store was good, however I bought a $300 fan, took it home, got my electrician to install and it had a problem causing a buzz throughout my entire lighting circuit. Took it back to the store the next day to get them to swap out the faulty item and got told I need to go through the manufacturers warranty phone number. I can understand for faults occurring later in the fans life, but this is a faulty fan out of the box and now the only way I get a new fan is to go thought a lengthy warranty claim with the manufacturer leaving my toddler with no light or fan in his room in the mean time. Very poor post sales service and will never buy from you again.
