The rating is based on the customer service experience alone ! Horrible .why bother having a contact us number if you don’t want to be asked questionsEdit 24/5/23This is so unethical and unprofessional. You can’t get people to put 5 star reviews to get your review ratings up because you don’t like the feedback that you received . I can understand you are not happy with the feedback but you can’t have people threaten , bully and name call me because I gave honest feedback to your business. If you don’t get those defamatory messages removed I will be taking action .This is unacceptable. You are only making matters worse for your business and your aggressive response to a review is what your potential customers are going to see. Anyone can see your genuine reviews are from over 2 years ago at best. I suggest you do yourself and your business a favour and sort those slanderous reviews aimed me before it’s too late.5/4/23 - this in response to the owners reply. First of all you need to learn to read and comprehend well before you provide such an erratic response. I said my review was based on customer service only. I was your potential customer and your response was rude when i contacted you asking questions about your service. I even have the text messages to prove this. I hope you realise that when you run a business it’s not just about braiding hair to keep a customer or potential customers happy. I also don’t think it’s any of my business what you were doing in the last few days , and frankly I don’t think anyone cares . You are advertising a business and service not your personal life story . I sent my initial review some months ago so I m not sure why you’re just seeing it now. Finally , please check your website and change it if you don’t wish to be contacted. You have a mobile number on there . It’s not on the goggle search page but on YOUR website and not anyone else .It’s called feedback, and you don’t seem to like it so good luck to you.

This was the first time getting my hair braided. My braider was really friendly and welcoming. I got so many compliments on my knotless braids, I will definitely be back it was a wonderful experience.

My experience with Cycy and her hairdressers was fantastic! communication was great and their prices are so CHEAP and AFFORDABLE. My previous hairdressers spent 8 hours on my hair , with Cycy's braids, we were done in 4.5 hours and i was advice on how to take care of my hair. I will keep spreading the word and keep coming back. Just an amazing experience.

I am incredibly happy with the small bohemian braids that Luh did for me. She helped me select the appropriate hair for the style and even accompanied me to the hair shop to ensure I purchased the correct hair. She works with precision and care and my small knotless boho braids are everything I wanted and more. I expected the style to take 5+ hours but Luh was able to complete my hair in just under 4. Highly recommend coming to Luh, especially for bohemian braids

I saw a post on instagram about a fake Sandra leaving a negative fake comment to a small business in this economy and because I have first hand experiences amazing service, I couldn’t stay away. She’s amazing woman and she’s super sweet. She’s beyond talented. I highly recommend her, I promise you will be beyond pleased. It been a month since I got my braids done, and I can honestly say my braids still look nice. I’m looking forward to my next appt with her. Thanks Luh

I found braid salon on Instagram after they braided the actress Tessa Thompsons hair. Her last post was from someone who did not use her service and stalked her for an appointment. I reminded myself I needed to come here and leave my own review. Cycy was gentle, engaging and professional. I found the website very useful and was spoilt for choice. I love the fact that there are images and details that are needed for any hair appointment. My braids lasted over 3 months. She runs you through care and I have now booked another appointment
