I want to highly recommend Dave Allan for his coaching and facilitation with me on developing and completing a comprehensive “Strategic Plan.” In August 2020, I spent a VIP morning with him clarifying for SportsPM its vision, mission, values, Key initiatives, key Relationship areas and understanding SportsPM’s superior distinctives. I went away from the session with enormous clarity and focus. I had not realised how unclear, in my own mind, I had been.I came back a week later where we developed a 3-year implementation plan. I immediately left that second session with a clear action plan, where I knew exactly who to market to and what specific message was needed for each target segment.
