Jess is the absolute best.. not only do you walk away loving your new style/colour but Jess also really listens to your want/s and needs for your hair and gives great insight and knowledge about what will/won't work for you from a place of kindness.Conversations with Jess are always something I look forward to, I even have my daughter seeing Jess now and she is always so excited to get her hair done aka Jess is also wonderful with children. Cannot highly recommend Doll House enough

Jess is the best in the business! Her ideas are nothing short of excellent quality, and she does incredible work, even on my frizzy and unruly hair. On the odd occasion I’ve had to be incredibly rude and bring my laptop into the salon to work and she’s been nothing but 100% understanding! Not only a hairstylist but a friend too. I’ll never go back to anyone else!

Jess has done my hair the last 3 times I’ve had it coloured. She never hesitates to try new colours or combinations to see which ones will achieve my desired colour. Jess is also extremely kind and approachable, (which is amazing for me as I have severe anxiety) this makes me comfortable talking to her and expressing what I like and dislike without the feeling of judgement.

Jess is the only one who cuts my hair exactly how I like it, I have followed her to her new salon in Geelong West. The salon is beautiful and clean and the customer service is excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.
