Natalie was wonderfully helpful and understanding of my history and the goals I was hoping to achieve with my nutrition. She has offered very helpful and practical advice as well as created a safe space to explore beliefs related to food. It was fantastic to work with her, I now feel that I have the strategies and knowledge to manage a healthy relationship with food :)

Natalie has been wonderful, comforting and non-judgmental, working with me using a non-diet approach to slowly repair my relationship with food. I would definitely recommend Natalie if you are looking for an intuitive eating/health at every size approach to eating. I have felt very comfortable with her from the beginning discussing issues that are quite sensitive to me.

I found Natalie to be pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Our consultations were relaxed and enjoyable - I think Natalie connects well with people. She answered all my questions, even the more unusual questions that required extra research. She suggested small changes to my diet that were easy to implement that would help me reach my goals. I would recommend Natalie any time you want expert advice on diet and nutrition.

Natalie is a really good dietitian!! She gave me lots of different ideas on how to overcome my struggles. She listens to you and tries to give you the right help for your individual situation . Natalie goes out of her way to give an insightful and caring service. She helped me identify and work through habits I'd developed over the years without a nasty regime but with unique out of the box techniques. She really listens and comes up with something just for you, not some generic plan. Would highly recommend!

I came to Terreen for help with my eating habits and attitudes as someone with a long history of disordered eating, and I don't think I could have found a more perfect person to see! Terreen is kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgable not just about dietetics but also about how it relates to mental health and ADHD. I couldn't recommend Be Mindful Nutrition more.
